Where Real Nutrition Meets Real Life
At Happy Apple Nutrition, we believe good health isn’t about perfection — it’s about making confident, consistent choices that support your best life.
Our approach is simple and powerful
Food first, perfection later
Every client deserves support that’s grounded in science and delivered with heart. Good nutrition should never feel overwhelming, restrictive, or one-size-fits-all.
Since opening our doors in 2015, we’ve been on a mission to deliver realistic, evidence-based nutrition that empowers people of all ages and walks of life to thrive.
What started as a part time dietitian service in the Albury-Wodonga region has now grown into a trusted nutrition clinic with a dedicated team of Accredited Practising Dietitians and support staff — each bringing their own expertise, warmth, and experience to the table.
Together, we support clients across weight loss, bariatric care, gut health, aged care, disability (NDIS), fertility, cancer care, and more.
We’re proud to be more than just a dietitian clinic. We’re your partner in long-term health — offering in-person and online consultations, tailored programs, and education that meets you where you’re at, whether you’re planning meals for your family, managing a chronic health condition, or looking to reclaim energy, confidence, and balance.
Since 2015, we’ve helped over 2,000 people improve their health, and we’re not slowing down. By 2035, we aim to transform the lives of 4,000+ clients, build a thriving team of expert dietitians, and continue raising the standard for dietetic care across Australia.
At Happy Apple Nutrition, your goals are our goals. And your journey — with all its challenges, wins, and questions — is one we’re honoured to support every step of the way.
