  Rebates available for clients with Chronic Disease Management Plans and Private Health cover Registered to providers for the NDIS, DVA and Military.

• Where do you service?

  We are currently providing Dietetic Services in a variety of locations including our office at Suite 3A, First Floor, 429 Swift St Albury, online via Telehealth or Videolink, home visits as required and through Ramsay Health, aged care factilities. Contact us for more information.
